The staging truth, first: this website is a design prototype in TEST MODE. It collects nothing, stores nothing, and transmits nothing. Every form on this site shows a staged confirmation and sends your input nowhere — not even to us.

What this prototype does with your input

Nothing. Form fields, demo inputs and the checkout flow run entirely in your browser. There is no server, no database, no analytics, and no cookies beyond what your browser needs to render the page.

If this becomes a live product

Before launch, a real privacy handling would be published and independently reviewed. The current design intent is to collect only:

• Email address and phone number (account, tap-to-sign links, reminders).
• Voice notes and site photos you capture (used to draft the variation notice; retained with your project records).
• Client contact details you provide for tap-to-sign delivery (used only to deliver your notice).

Captures in the prototype go nowhere. The live design intent: your voice notes and photos are used only to draft your variation notices; client phone numbers you enter are used only to deliver the tap-to-sign link for that notice — never for marketing, never sold or shared.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles you would have the right to access and correct your personal information and to complain about interferences with privacy. In this prototype there is nothing held about you to access.
